This last month I was finally able to get first-hand look at the fabulous looking concept car called the Cadillac Sixteen, North Carolina International Automobile Show. As concepts go, Sixteen is a truly radical design, but thoroughly luxury sedan, which is as a reminder of past glory Cadillac is also contain forward-looking 21st century style. The car is built?
