I have an answer for you. However, I do not know how you feel but in the old car, if you used a higher voltage battery, a man lights would be very clear and the race car while parked. The fact is that I work on these scooters and I work on motorcycles. If you use motorcycle battery considerably higher voltage, you should definitely burn your wiring harness. There are reasons to use Scooter lower voltage batteries. So I would recommend using the batteries are better suited for your Scooter. Replacing the battery is much lower cost than replacing the entire wiring harness (work). Short-term use of a day or two is acceptable.
