That scooter?
I'm looking for a nice scooter to travel long distance / highway-like. Some of the highways have a top speed of 70 +. I do not want to go all over the highway, so an suggestions for more than a 250 would be helpful. I am currently in Ohio, so if you have a trusted links to dealers, I would like to check 'em out. Here's what I've found so far: Diamo Turista 300cc (What would the top speed is much different than a 250?) Qlink Splendor 400 or 250 Commuter Kymco Grand Vista 250
Now that's an easy for me. I would have to say a Suzuki Burgman 400. Gets very good mpg. I have about 10 friends who have Burgmans. They drive most of the time on the way back here in Texas, but it is also very good on the HWY .. I also found a Burgman site Ebay. They have three stores in Ohio and one in Pa. If you buy one of them off Ebay save approximately $ 800.00. If you get a Burgman August 1. A lot better than July 1. I've read a lot about this and other 400's on the net. Have found that the Burgman is 08 best. Now the Honda Silver Wing is fun too, but only about 32-35 MPG. I hope this will help you some. Ride Safe, have fun, but RIDE! Snowman
