Dirt bike battery, strong enough?
I have a 230cc 4-stroke Dirt Bike with electric start, and my battery went bad sometime in the last week, it wouldnt turn over, trickel charger wouldnt charge, the charger would not speed charging, it gets to 6 volts, and that's it. Ill get a new battery on Monday (if not in my town that sells the battery is open tomorrow (Sunday), but I suppose to go riding tomorrow (Sunday). Now my neighbor said, I use the battery from the street scooter problem is that the 3 Ah vs. 4 and 35 Ah cranking amps vs. 60 amps cranking. It will also start the bike? Can I damage the battery? I pity bike? Its just a few hours.
It should work fine for one day. I do not see where it could hurt you or the bike battery. Ride It probably a lil bit, than to go very far. It will also play several times, than just take off on it, nobody wants to be 5 miles deep into the horse have to push out lol
