I have this new Bladez Ion 150 electric scooter, and it wont start?

The charger has 2 lights on the charge of when I charge and it is okay, I like kickstarted said, but when I pull the lever, it doesn't start. How can I fix this?

I'm sure that your lithium-ion battery. Get new. I think your scooter, two 12V battery, you may have to get 2nd charger may say that it is charged, but it is not. This is a problem with this type of battery.
